Today’s recipe is the utterly butterly delicious wheat almond cookies. Never thought making cookies was this easy. These cookies are healthy, flavorful, and I bet you can’t get enough of it. I have baked them twice in the past two weeks and you don’t even feel guilty munching more as it is made of wheat. The ingredients too are ones that you easily find at every Indian household. So instead of thinking start baking, I bet it will just leave you craving for more .

Hey friends! I am Radhika Rao Krishna. Happily Married. Two kids aged 2 and 8. I am a homemaker, was as an IT employee, well that was way before I had two minions (my kids) in my life. I love cooking, love my kids who keep me happily busy, love and love traveling. In a life where my priority is my family, I would still love stealing some time off them to maintain my sanctity. This blog in a way will be my companion to achieve it. Maybe keeping an update about my life's ongoings might help me better myself and by interacting with like-minded people virtually will help me stay inspired.
Why Penathon?
Penathon will be a liberator, rescuing an ordinary person like me from the extraordinary marathon of life, where we all are the contenders.
Penathon might help to give you an assurance that you are not the only one trying to find a light at the end of the tunnel and we might inspire each other on our way to it.
With a hope of finding a finishing line, with the hope of having some peace of mind, I rest my thoughts with a pen in my hand.
