Every kid would eat it without making an faces and dont be surprised if they ask for more too. Why just kids! adults at home too would be bored of having typical regular snack and wont mind a change of taste. This sandwich would soon be on their favorite list and would be a regular dish in or kitchen.
Ingredients
Corn kernels: 1 cup
Spinach chopped: 1 cup
Butter: 2 tbsp
Refined flour: 2 tbsp (Maida)
Cheese grated: half cup
Milk: 3/4th cup
Garlic: 2 cloves
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
Chili flakes (optional): 1 tsp
Procedure

Boil corn kernels in an open pan for about 5 minutes. Then transfer it in a bowl.
Chop the garlic and keep aside.
Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic. Sauté for a minute or two. Now add boiled corn kernels. Sauté it for 2 to 3 minutes and then add chopped spinach to it. Stir well for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add refined flour (Maida) and mix well. Keep stirring until it blends well with corn and spinach.
Now add milk. Mix well and keep stirring until it forms a thick paste. To this add salt, pepper powder and grated cheese. (I added chili flakes too which is optional)
Now spread this mixture on the bread slice (Cheese lovers can also sprinkle more) and cover it with the other slice. Now I placed this sandwich on a toaster. You can do this on a heated nonstick pan or a grill pan using some butter. Serve hot.
